- How to get your photos to us - (a) You may upload your photos via this website from your computer's hard drive or CD, (b) email your photos to us, or (c) mail them to us and we will scan them and return the photos to you.
- Resolution - We will work with any size/resolution photo you send. However, for printed products, the results will be better if the photos are sent in a high resolution (300 dpi) and about 4" x 6" in size (or if they are 72 dpi, then they would be about 12" x 18" in size). For web products, photos may be smaller.
- Copyright - You must have full rights to use the images that you upload or mail to us for printing. If you are using a professionally photographed photo, you will need to obtain and provide us with a written release from the photographer before you may use it. Please review our Terms of Use for details.
- Cropping - Your designer will adjust the size of the photos you send to best fit the design. There is no need for you to crop the photos before sending them. You may include special instructions for your designer when you upload the photos. If using a do-it-yourself product, you may need to crop or adjust the photo yourself if needed.
- Format - Photos can be saved in most any standard graphics format, including .JPG, .BMP, .PNG, and .TIF.
- Captions - When you upload your photos, products may also include a caption for each (optional). If you are mailing your photos, write a caption on the back or on a sticky note and attach.
Just let us know if you have any questions.
